With the ultrasound technology we have, it is unthinkable that the courts do not recognize unborn children as a living person. Someone needs to file an appeal using the ultrasound video from the Planned parenthood abortion procedure that has been shown on TV.
This video was taken during an abortion procedure at planned parenthood, and you can see the child trying to fight for his life during the abortion. Surely this can serve as evidence that unborn children can feel the torture and mutilation that they go through before they die and are thrown in the garbage. What a horrible thing to happen to anyone, especially one that cannot defend themselves. The Planned Parenthood director that saw the unborn child fighting for his life resigned after this procedure after seeing the real life results of an abortion.

It should be up to the courts to defend the rights of the unborn, instead of authorizing the legal murder of unborn children.

I cannot imagine what it will be like for all the supporters of abortion when they meet their maker face to face and have to account for their actions. May God have mercy on their souls.

Anyone that supports abortion should read the book "23 Minutes in Hell before they commit to supporting any more abortions, so they have a virtual picture of what they may experience if they don't change thier ways. For the sake of all the unborn children, I hope they change thier ways while they can. God bless all the children!

I wrote about these kind of fetal homicide statutes and what common denominator legislatures may be using in order to make these statute's jibe with the legality of abortion here: http://tinyurl.com/cgev8c
