AUL Prez on CNN: America Doesn’t Want a ‘Creative’ Supreme Court Justice

In the wake of her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee [watch], Americans United for Life President and CEO Dr. Charmaine Yoest was invited onto CNN last Saturday to discuss Supreme Court nominee Judge Sonia Sotomayor. She noted that many of the nominee’s statements are troubling, such as her enthusiasm for ideas that get her “creative juices” flowing.
