There is nothing in the bill that allows for abortions to be paid for. READ The BILL!!! She is assuming that the courts will Make the govt. pay for abortions. How does she know this???

You are so right Charmain about the devil being in the details. Without details, it is easy to sneak agendas in and let wrong slide in like a snake. I worked for a doctor once and his staff claimed to be counselling young girls on choice but all they were doing is pushing abortions on them so they could make more money. It is a billion-dollar industry and people need to realize what is beneath the surface and the lives that it destroys.

What you propose has been done. Please go to http://www.liveaction.org and check out the brave investigative reporting done by a group of young people. Lila Rose, who founded Live Action 6 years ago at the age of 15, has already exposed Planned Parenthood’s cover-up of statutory rape in several states. Hopefully, her work will help defund PP nationwide.
It’s looks like our nation is about to wake up for the 36 year nightmare of abortion on demand. It’s not a moment too soon before we and other confused countries destroy civilization on this planet.

I agree with Charmaine. Abortion is an elective operation, in most cases, and when it is an elective procedure, the patient should pay out of pocket for it. Unfotunately abortion is still legal in the country and people have the choice, for now, but if you are willing to have an abortion and you feel that strong to end the life of your baby, then pay for it yourself.

Why doesn’t someone go in and make a video in a Planned Parenthood office or abortion clinic like the two young people did in the ACORN office. That really got people’s attention.

We need to continue to spread the word and let our neighbors and friends, especially those who voted for the president, know the truth about this health care plan! It would support abortion and use tax dollars to do so!
The downward spiral this country is on morally did not exactly begin with allowing abortions. There is a direct and now blatant attack on the family. Commitment to, support and love for our families is not admired or supported enough!

I was a firefighter/paramedic for nearly 30 years. I was always pro-life once I finally grew up and began to pay attention to social and political issues. In 1993 I responded to an emergency medical call where a woman had miscarried her 19 week gestated baby. As I held this little one in my hands I saw two eyes, two ears, 10 fingers, ten toes, and a perfectly formed little human being. I will never be the same about abortion. It is murder plain and simple.

Dogs give birth to dogs, cats to cats, horses; well you get the idea. Mother Teresa said “abortion is the ultimate form of child abuse because it directly pits the mother against her child.”

Less than 1% of abortions are performed for the sake of the mother’s life, rape, or incest. This means that 99% of abortions are performed as a matter of birth control.

There has been a terrible price paid on our society for the horrible practice of abortion.
