Typical pro abortion retort. I thank God for those who have a sense of doing what is right for the unborn.

I don’t feel we Pro Lifers have to defend ourselves in any way for standing up for life from conception to its natural end. This includes defending not only the unborn, but the elderly, the mentally disabled, the terminally ill and the economically powerless.

We fight for human life at ALL stages. What about you sir?

A baby is not “part of a woman’s body” but is a separate human being that deserves to live, not be killed! If the parents can’t afford to keep their baby, then they could give the baby to be adopted. Many people who can’t have children have been traveling to other countries to find children to adopt since there are so few in this country these days.

For all those of you thanking God, you need to reevaluate your belief system. No one has the right to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with a part of her own body. People do not abort fetuses just for the hell of it. They do it because they will not be able to properly care for another life in this world. Support a bill like this and you are just condemning innumerable unwanted children and unprepared mothers to a life of misery and suffering.

Dear Congressman Altmire:

Thank you for voting for the Stupak-Pitts amendment to prohibit abortion funding with federal funds. However our family is perplexed as to why you voted against Health Care reform. We would like the same Health Benefits plan and peace of mind that members of Congress enjoy. Not a health plan driven by corporate greed, arrogant, close minded insurers like Highmark and the drug company lobbyists that created the doughnut hole gap. By using retail costs of prescription drugs they assured seniors reach it earlyon . When we lost our jobs after working from the age of twelve thru sixty one, we lost our health care until we were eligible for Medicare once we exhausted our savings because COBRA cost over $10K.

I myself have had three abortions. I almost killed myself twice and I have had health problems connected this so-called “right “for 22 yrs now.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing for the unborn and for women’s health.

It is so incredibly frustrating that I live in a state that my representatives could give a rip about what we have to say. I have begged them all not to allow funding for abortions and they give me a song and dance that the reform doesn’t include abortion funding. They still voted in favor of it….God bless all those who have the courage to do what is right and protect the unborn. God help the ones that have not!
